Highly recommend A brand i now trust after trying there other products Always cautious at first I suppise its hard swapping from a brand you are use to! They are a soft gel oval shape... So bright and clear Easy to swallow No after taste Gluten free amazing! Along with many other benefits which are hard to find nowadays 2 capsules per day it states.. However i only take 1 at a 1000mg that's enough for me.. I highly recommend this product

Very good product although it's big it's quite pleasant to swallow, value for money and worth it. Definitely worth 5 stars tastes really good.

Well packaged and arrived sealed. Good expiry date. Contains 180 soft gel tablets. No obvious smell or taste and although on the large side are quite easy to swallow. Too early to see any effects of taking them, but good value tub of tablets.

These seem a good quality Omega three oil. The omega source is fish based, so not suitable for vegans of course. The soft gel capsules are large-ish, but still quite easy to swallow. I didn't get any fishy aftertaste. I assume the addition of lemon is to make them more palatable and less likely to give an unpleasant aftertaste. Recommended daily dose is two capsules. Personally, I prefer a lower (maintenance) dose of one tablet roughly four a five times a week. I tend to omit taking them on days I'm actually eating fish/salmon that'll give me an adequate natural dose from food. Therefore, with 180 capsules in the tub, they should last me a long time. However, taken two a day (as recommended) there's a three month supply, which is still good value for money.

This is a high quality product. You should always do your own research about the benefits of supplements, but you'll find plenty of evidence about the benefit of fish oil in your diet. People who haven't taken fish oil before might find they get a few fishy burps when they start taking it, but these soon disappear. This product has the addition of lemon to reduce that issue as well.
