Conjugated linoleic acid (or CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid used by people for weight loss and bodybuilding primary. I am only been taking 1 soft gel tablet per day as part of my daily supplement routine. Its hard to tell how much this supplement has on my improved muscle mass and general toning of my body as I have also increased exercise and weight I am lifting. However, I'm seeing some great results. As with any supplements check with your doctor and do some research, which I did and their does seem to be a lot of positive feedback on CLA's and I'm seeing some very good and quick results, just not sure if the results is just down to this supplement or a mixture of exercise and other food choices.

My partner has used CLA supplements similar to this for a while and so was very happy to give them a try. After switching to these from his regular ones for a few weeks he;s been very pleased with them as hasn't noticed any decrease in effectiveness compared to his usual ones. However it's worth pointing out that you absolutely need to stick to the minimum recommended dose for the benefits to be activated - taking less is no different from flushing these down the toilet and completely wasting your money. If you supplement with these/similar already you no doubt know how this works already but if not and it's your first time using them then ignore any ideas about just taking 1 etc as you will experience ZERO benefits - it's biologically impossible as the body requires the minimum amount proven by studies to be effective/for the process to be activated for muscle retention and fat-burning and if you take less than this then you're very literally wasting your money. If you stick to the guidelines and recommended minimum dose (do your research if in doubt) then these will benefit muscle gains and fat-burning, so would happily recommend.

I have been using these a week now and CLA tends to be in a lot of products I use for weight loss protein drinks, so I thought I would review an item in it's own right as I was dubious to see if it actually worked. I took 2 soft gels a day rather than with every meal and really suprised to see a difference in my body shape. I've been doing workouts at home and stopped all drinks that contained CLA to see if these worked. If anything I will not continue with said drinks as I was really suprised in such a difference in my body shape after just a week. There are a lot of workout and post workout drinks on the market that have lists of so called stuff inside and you just take the word of the manufacturer will work but these for me actually do. I was and still very surprised.

The CLA supplements come as softgels. They aren't exactly soft they're more like hard bullet shaped softgels. There's no taste or smell to them and there's no after taste either. They come nicely presented in a white plastic bottle with a black label. It's a good strength and a fair price. I'm not a scientist so I can not say if they work or not, I can only trust they do just like anyone else. I think it's a good choice for these ones if you can handle the hard bullet.

The product page is a bit confusing for this. It says at the top that it's suitable for vegans yet further below and on the packaging it states that the capsule is made from gelatine. Disappointing. There's no price on the product page at the time of writing but if you go for the full dose of 6 a day you're looking at only 15 days worth here as you get 90 capsules.
