The bottle and information reference MK-7 being the most active form of vitamin K2, so it is always worth looking into what differences the supplements contain to be able to compare one product to another that appear to be similar. That will certainly help with comparing costs as well. I have substituted some of my own supply as i say of a different K2 and these have not caused any issues, so i would be more than happy to run the full course which is 60 days, less what i have already taken.

Many reviews say that this is expensive, but it's not. Vit K2 is not cheap, if you look around, you will see that also other brands are expensive. If you find cheap ones, it means that they are less than 100mcg. Very happy with these ones.
