Great value for money! Recommend 100%

I've been batch buying the Cocoa Chaos flavour every month since 2015 and find they work great as a healthy snack to keep me going between meals and ward off hunger pangs. The cocoa chaos flavour and quility has remained consistant throughout the batches I have purchased. The cocoa chaos is 33% dates, 15% soya, 13% fruit juice concentrate, 12% Raisins, 8% oats, 8% cashews and 4% cocoa powder. The remaining 7% is listed as soya flour, natural flavourings & rice starch. Personally I see nothing that puts me off eating these everyday. The coaoa chaos bar is 27g carb, 4g fat, 10g protein, 300mg sodium, 23g sugar. For this the sugar content seems high but I estimate 16g of it come from the dates and raisens. I personally am far more worried about looking out for refined sugars than the natural ones found in this flavour.

Lovely taste and you feel fuller

These are the kind of bar that tastes better with every bite. I wasn't sure at first but by the time I'd finished it I really liked it. The main ingredient is dates so it actually counts as one of your five a day, which is good to know, and this gave it a nice fruity sweetness too. I found it filling and although I had it as an afternoon snack with a coffee I think I could easily have this as a lunch replacement. In these uncertain times of the Corona virus, I think that something like this would be handy to have in as it would be a health snack that you didn't have to do anything to get if you aren't well enough to cook or make yourself a sandwich for lunch. I was going to have them as my afternoon snack but I'm thinking now that I might keep them on one side for a while because of all this going on atm. How ever you choose to use them, they are a tasty filling snack and worth having in the cupboard. At the time of writing this review, they work out to be 75p each, which I think is good value for a product of this sort.

Ate them all too fast

Love these and got them at an excellent price from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP. I thought they had been discontinued as there were none in the shops. I emailed Trek, to see whether they had. Turns out they�ve just been repackaged. Phew!!!!!
