I was looking for something to kick-start my 2024 routine, I'd had this stored away in the cupboard for a little while and decided to give it a go. Its a pretty big tub for only 30 servings, two large scoops in each serving. It doesn't really give you an indication on how much liquid to put with it, just says add water or milk. I've been filling my shaker to around 500ml which gives a thick and delicious serving and I've been substituting it for my lunch. I've not been getting the afternoon munchies as much and been tempted to snack on stuff which is good. I think when this first came out it was around £50+, its now available on subscribe and save for much less which makes it better value.

You need to dig about in it for the scoop - I didn't realise one had been provided as it wasn't immediately obvious and it was only after using an old one, I discovered it buried deep. There was no recommendation of how much to use, other than to mix with milk or water, I used 300mls of semi-skimmed milk with it and it was very palatable and not overly sweet. It mixed well (with a hand blender) and there was no clumps or residue at all. I will be happy to use these again post-workout and this tub should last me for at least 2 months, if not longer, so I think although it sounds expensive, price per portion is pretty good value and it is comparable with other brands selling tubs of this size.
