I work out 3 mornings a week, and have been adding these to my water bottle. I've found that I feel pretty full afterwards and can go until lunch without a mid morning snack. I don't think the flavor is very lemonade-y, but I don't mind the flavor. It dissolves well and isn't chalky. I enjoy it more than plain water. I do recommend taking a sip of water before adding the powder so there's room in your bottle to shake it up. If there isn't room the flavor settles to the bottom, even though the water looks to be the same color.

I am drink mix obsessed. I love these and the flavor is great! Like a blue power ade. It's so great for taking on the go with a bottled water. It definitely cures the thirst! Great product.

I wanted this for later in the summer when I get back on my bike, but I tried one just to see how it tasted. The Blueberry Lemonade was really good and the coconut water made it light and easy on my stomach. I am looking forward to having this to support my bike rides later in the spring.

The raspberry lemon aid is tasty and definitely not tart, it has a nice lemon flavor with what I'd consider the slightly bittersweet flavor of orange pith on the back end. It is one of my favorite mixins for my water bottle. Definitely sweet and tangy without feeling artificial.

So I workout and do a lot of cardio throughout the week. I normally start with pre-workout, then go through my routine, and then finish with water and/or some sort of electrolyte drink. That's where these came in for me. I have tried things like this in the past with mixed results, so going in to these I was lowkey a bit skeptical on whether or not they would work as well as they claim to. But I can happily say that after trying these a handful of times, I definitely notice a difference compared to just normal water as well as other things like Powerade. I often feel pretty dehydrated after a long workout and I end up drinking a ton of water to compensate, but I noticed that in using these I had to drink less before feeling refreshed. So to me, I can confidently say that these things have worked for me in a way that was satisfactory, if not better!
