How to Use

NOW Borage Oil 1000 mg is a nutritious oil with a 60% polyunsaturated fat content and twice as much gamma linolenic acid (GLA) as evening primrose oil. GLA is an essential fatty acid that can be produced by the body from dietary linoleic acid, but is better utilized when consumed directly through diet. Studies show that borage oil does not contain harmful levels of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). Our oil is expeller-pressed and hexane-free, and may exhibit natural color variations.
Softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).
Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.
