This is really good, my son likes the taste so it's no problem giving to him every morning.

It's all about the taste for my little ones and this is given a thumbs up. Easy to use and fun.

Ordered this for my 5-year-old daughter and she gladly takes the vitamins. I haven't noticed any side effects or anything bad. She never refused to take them, so I think she likes the flavour. Convenient to use and I'm sure that she had her vitamins.

This oral solution is a brilliant. Easy to use. Good taste. Work well. Really good if your child struggles to swallow pills. It tastes like breath spray, a fruity taste but not too strong and the taste goes away after a bit. If your child hates taking tablets, I would really recommend this spray.

However, when it comes to kids, liquids and gummies might actually prove the only way to regularly convince them to take a supplement. The pairing of BetterYou with Roald Dahl is inspired. I know that it doesn't make any difference to the ingredients, but it's such a lovely idea. My nephew loves Roald Dahl books and it's therefore proven easier to get some extra vitamins into him. He's prone to getting more coughs, colds and tummy upsets than my niece so my sister has tried him on this. The bottle is a little bit smaller than the adult bottles. Doesn't make a big difference but perhaps makes it a little easier to manoeuvre into a child's mouth, and also makes it very portable should you need to put it in a bag. The taste is popular with everyone who's tried it, adult and child. As with all BetterYou sprays it has a fruity sweetness. Really yummy! It's difficult to comment on effectiveness due to the short time trying one bottle, but it seems like a good product and I can confidently recommend since I've used the adult version and noticed my health is better since I've been taking it (better energy, and less colds). I think in fact it may be exactly the same product in a lower dose, since it's the same flavour and ingredients as the adult one. The design is sooo cute, and encourages the kids to take it, since they both now ask for it! Only shame is that the creatures with the giant peach aren't on the bottle, only on the box. However, the ingredients and dosing for different aged children aren't on the main bottle, so you kind of need to keep the box anyway. I hope you've found my review helpful :)
