I don't have 'digestive issues' per say (no concerns there) but I am aware that my microbiome is compromised, after my second baby whom we had a difficult pregnancy with and had to be born via csection (and this antibiotics and other drugs continued post birth), I had PND, PTSD and anxiety which meant I neglected my wellbeing as I struggled to just get back to functioning and the homeostasis of the gut microbiome is increasingly being linked to our emotional and mental health. Eating well can only take you so far if your gut is depopulated or overrun with candida of other bad bacteria, this really is the granddaddy of probiotics with ultra strength 100 billion bacteria and gosh does it make an impact. Taking these with a weak or compromised gut may have evacuation effects in the first week as the new bacteria starts waging a territorial war of attrition in your gut against other colonies. I didn't realise how poor shape my gut must have been in until I came out the other side- my gut transit etc hadn't changed much but my whole wellbeing was different. I actually feel awkward saying thus because I know if someone was raving about thus product to me a few weeks ago is be like 'yeah right' but Ther been profound change in a short space of time. I have so much more energy than I did before taking this course, I sleep better and more fulfilling, and surprisingly I'm more emotionally resilient (I wasn't in that first week though I admit hands up) and I'm less anxious even when faced with stressful life. However I must make it clear that I'm not saying it's a magic happy pill, I still need my CBT and mindfulness, I still cry over things, I still feel down sometimes and over worry but it's like the volume has been turned down on that instead of constantly on full 'turned up to eleven'. I don't feel as much 'churning' stress in my tummy as I did before. I'm kicking myself I didn't invest in this ages ago and then follow up with a cheaper probiotic and feed with prebiotics to keep the population going. Also my attitude has changed massively having seen the effects first hand, who knew taking bacteria would change my mood? Believe what you want, I know this worked for me, the price is a painful point as I know many people with anxiety and depression would use that to talk themselves out if it, I would've said I'm not worth the cost, but the impact is profound enough for me to look into budgeting a cheaper option. I've already purchased the children's daily version for mine in the hope it helps with their immune issues and I think I'm converted on good bacteria.

This has the highest volume bugs of any probiotic on the internet. Good price and very pleasant tasting.

This is an excellent quality probiotic that has done the world of good for my grumpy tummy and IBS. It's worth giving these a try if you think your gut is a little out of whack. They're easy to take and don't need refrigerating or anything. Highly recommended.
