You can get multivitamins a lot cheaper elsewhere, but how sure are you about what you're getting? That's always my worry with medicines and supplements. But are they getting enough of all the many different ones that the body needs? It's hard to tell, and most minor vitamin/mineral shortages tend not to have major symptoms, so taking a Multivitamin like this one makes sure that you are, regardless of what else you take. There's not enough of anything in these tablets to give you too much of anything when added to your current vitamins (so don't worry if you're already taking separate Vitamin C or D as many people I know are). And if you're not already taking a vitamin supplement, then you probably should be and I'd certainly recommend these as a start. The tablets themselves are a bit too large for my liking - though once you master the technique of swallowing them it's straightforward enough. And they're marked down the middle so as a last resort you can snap them in half if you like before swallowing. See the picture for one snapped in half and much easier to take! These are not too big yet include in a tablet 100 percent of a lot of vitamins a d minerals recommended daily amounts. And they are vegan too. A good amount of tablets too. Highly recommend
