I'm a subscriber to the vanilla. I have this for breakfast every day as it's convenient. I get About 24 days out of a bag. This is because I only use 1 scoop the rest is a blend of milk/Greek yogurt/Double cream/kefir. Whatever I have at hand at the time. TBH there's a couple boxes of ready brek the kids don't eat I might also start throwing in to the mix. This product is economical with some interesting ingredients to aid digestion. With fasting and this breakfast regime I'm at a healthy weight. So recommend to those after pragmatism more than a sensational taste, it's satisfactory. Though in fairness, with dairy, it's better than decent.

I chose chocolate, and with a certain amount of trepidation, tried my first serving shortly after delivery. I found it a bit clumsy using the scoop - which was well buried in the bag, so make sure you hands are clean - but I will no doubt improve my knack in due course. The instructions say to fill a receptacle with 350 ml of ice-cold water, add 2 scoops of the powder and shake for 10 seconds. Big mistake...!!! I reckon if I shook it for an hour it would still have the consistency of an Arctic ice-floe...! My first attempt had to be eaten rather than drank..!! But not to worry: I bought a cheap yet excellent battery frother/mixer from Webshop for £9.99, popped in two scoops of powder into a measuring jug and poured just 200ml (not 350ml) of ice-cold water on top. (No shaking) And Wow! In about 30 seconds with my new mixer, I had a beautifully creamed mix onto which I poured the remaining 150ml of ice-cold water. Delicious...! I think you could even get away with a slightly longer drink with 400ml of water. I trust other flavours are equally as good as the chocolate I chose so can confidently recommend this product.

It has a nice flavour and Is a good product for a good price

I find this to be a tasty, filling and healthy meal, easy to prepare and very affordable. I use a blender, water that's chilled (although using milk makes it even tastier) and I add a few ice cubes as well and it's pleasant, albeit, perhaps a bit different to whey based shakes and took me a short while to get used to. It's marked down a little for terrible packaging, yeah it's green, but the "velcro" seal doesn't ever work and the opening is too tight, it's impossible to not make a mess! Also, most of the flavours tend to be out of stock almost always for some reason. But overall, I can see me using this product for a long time and have done for several months already (I've trimmed up nicely, but it can also help with bulking up). It's the best on Webshop right now I would say.

I've been having this for breakfast for a couple of months now it is filling and its nice for your body but it's not great on taste just adequate, I prefer Phd's Pharma Whey taste wise.
