Very good value for money this pack they is no nasty after taste from them as well very easy to swollo this and you can feel the difference since I have been taking them I can't believe how many you get for the price its just fantastic value for money

The dosage is 3 per day with meal and this is quite a lot to take so I just take it one by one. There is 90 capsules and this will be a one month supply. The good point of this supplement is that it also have vitamin B6 together, which is supposed to aid the absorption of Magnesium. I like a combination of ingredients which is usually good as they complement each other. Overall I am very happy with the product.
