Good working

A really useful immune supplement for when you're feeling run down but still have to keep going.

As far as Zinc goes there will not be any initial mind blowing effects, it seems that zinc works 'behind the scenes' What you do notice is steadily increased concentration, better sleep and the abscence of colds and flu and that is everything during the long and harsh British winter time !

I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. I have also read the other reviews on this product and the reviewers seem to miss out on the importance of what this product actually is. Colostrum is a wonder supplement. It also has added zinc. To concentrate on colostrum is derived from the first milk secreted from the mammary glands of mammals after parturition. More and more research is showing how this supplement can improve your immune health. In fact, studies have shown it may be the best supplement to actually help protect the body from viruses. You won't really feel anything by taking this product. It won't make you feel more energetic, but the dose and the active ingredient in this colostrum are good and strong. Over time you will feel better as your immunity improves. This product is good, it is well priced. My only advice when taking this product is to warn you that 15mg of zinc is the maximum some can tolerate. If you are getting your zinc from a multivitamin adding this dosage of zinc may be too much. My recommendation would be to add 1 or 2mgs of copper to your supplementation, to stop too much zinc from draining the body's copper. This is a great product with a good dose of colostrum. It should over time help your immunity and I am happy to recommend it.

I admit I like taking vitamins and supplements even though I live a healthy lifestyle.... I firmly believe they have definitely helped me... As I work in a primary school and also do a long hike every weekend.... They have kept me healthy overall... Extra energy etc etc.. I have read a lot about colostrum as its not on many peoples radar... Its definitely a very special and unique supplement.... I think it will definitely help me more over the winter months with my health and wellbeing whilst boosting my immune system..... For the price I think it's fantastic value. Add I always suggest try a tub and see how your body gets on....

Colostrum is supposed to be good for your biome, it feeds the good gut bacteria, so if you are taking probiotics then this should step it up to the next level. It is also good for your immune system, and at this time of year, we all need that extra boost. It is best to take it on an empty stomach as it is said to have greater effect then, but you can take it with food if you prefer. I prefer to take it first thing in the morning with my Omeprazole and NAC, before breakfast. It doesn't aggravate my acid reflux, so I'm happy not to take it with food. They are capsules, so easy enough to swallow and you take 2 a day, so the tub will last for 1 month. They seem tasteless and odourless to me, but I don't have the best sense of smell, and they don't leave an after-taste.
