The vitamin capsules arrived with the tamper seal intact, there are 120 capsules in the bottle and the recommended dose is two per day. In my opinion they are value for money. The capsules are easy to take and leave no taste in the mouth, I am using these to help with my vitamin C intake to help with colds and I like the fact that they are made with natural ingredients. The packaging on the bottle is easy to read, the bottle cap is secure.

I have used other products from this company and like

I have used other products from this company and like them very much. You really need about 2000 mg of C a day but 1000 is fine and a great help .C is essential for us and I like it because it builds connective tissue and is so great for my skin and ligament. At the moment this is about 12 which is great value for 120 capsules or 4 months supply a C with bioflavinoids. The bioflavinoids are very importation when taking C .They help the body use the C well and contribute greatly . It is much better than C on its own.. Really this seems a perfect way to take more C daily. I find it good and like it a lot and feel very safe in recommending it. Did you know that we are the only animals that do not make our own vitamin C in our bodies? So taking it is a must for our bodies to work well.
