Easy to swallow capsules. They're really having a noticeable effect on my joints, my skin, hair and nails, and my overall sense of wellbeing. When considering the additional nutrients and the price per capsule, I'd still recommend them as they're a worthwhile investment in yourself.

I love having a collagen supplement for my skin, hair and bones. It’s definitely not vegan, being from bovine (cow) sources, but then all the good stuff is in animal collagen. When I’ve had collagen powders in the past, I’ve sometimes ended up with a stomach ache, and I’ve discovered this is a common side effect for a lot of people. I’ve had no stomach ache with these so far. These are capsules, not powder and so MUCH easier to take. It suggests between 2-4 capsules per day based on personal need/preference. I’m starting on 2 but may up it to 4. Depending on the dosage this means the 150 unit bottle would last between 37-75 days. The capsules have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are far easier for me than adding slightly beefy tasting powder to my coffee or water. They’re really quite large, but still easy to swallow. It generally takes more than 30 days to see a skin difference, so not quite enough in the bottle, but hopefully there will be a benefical effect.
