It helped me lose weight especially around my waist. I tend to hold most of my weight in the middle but after 4 months of using this product along with diet and exercise, i have much more of an hourglass shape. I love it!

I've been working really hard for a few months now - exercising, eating better, not eating after 8pm, taking supplements, etc. I added this supplement to my routine 2 months ago, and I do feel like it has boosted my weight loss. I first saw this product at my local health food store when an employee I trust suggested it to me. No, it won't work miracles. But if you are losing weight correctly and at a healthy rate, this will help increase that rate. I was losing about 2 pounds a week, and after I started taking this (3 pills 3 times a day) I'm losing around 3 pounds per week. It's staying off, and I'm not doing the yo-yo thing.
