For a long time i used pharma grade tablets to help me sleep, But found that my body became too reliant on them for me to keep continuing with them in the long run. Insomnia and light sleeping can be tough to deal with, And it can effect my concentration and tiredness levels the next day. Apart from melatonin, I wasn't sure if there was any alternative supplements that could help me fall into a more natural calm cycle without resorting to pharma grade tablets. This interesting combination of Magnesium, Glycine, Lemon Balm, Zinc, Cherry Extract and vitamin B6 does seem to have an impact on my natural sleep cycle. It took awhile before my body got used to it, But eventually my natural rhythm started to kick in, And i definitely feel a sense of relaxation after taking them. It does not 'knock you out' But it certainly feels like I'm floating to sleep if i choose to put my head on the pillow. So far so good.

These are a great supplement to choose if you are looking for a reasonably priced product. I'm not a nutritionist or a medical professional so I cannot comment on usage or efficacy - please do contact one if you need advice for suitability. What I can honestly say, is that they are obviously good quality, easy to swallow and great value. Recommended.

They appear quite large but being a capsule they're easy to swallow. I sometimes have periods of not being able to switch off and chemical based tablets are expensive and make you feel groggy the next day. These help bring you back into a routine without any side effects.

Very wary about taking anything like this as have not taken anything for sleep before. But in these current times I am feeling restless at night and feel shattered in the morning with broken sleep, I have taken them in a few occasions now, 45 minutes before I went to sleep and I was really pleased with my sleep, I fell asleep within 10minutes of trying to get to sleep and don’t recall a thing till my alarm woke me in the morning! I felt great the next day, this could of course all be in my head and the tablet could be a placebo, who knows, all I know is I definitely slept a more solid sleep💤
