Kids digest is helper for kids, who not really likes vegetables. This is good because its gluten free, dairy free, soy free. Looks more natural ingredients then other companies.

This works for my son. He did have some stomach upset taking before meals so he takes it after and has no issues.

I'm an adult, so kids may have a different opinion.. it's easy to take and tastes good. I avoid high dose meds and supplements and these are perfect for me. It does exactly what it advertises. Update: I have seen the price rise considerably in just a few weeks between 30 to 50 percent. As much as I love this , I'll start looking for a new product.

The flavor is not great but my little boy gets it down well enough. The cost is about average for these types of supplements. What I have to say though, is that this has improved my sons life and I will pay this unless the doctor can offer something better. As a parent you have to endure sickness and pain and just feeling helpless but we are absolutely amazed what this product has given back to us. I didn't think a supplement could have such a profound effect. This may not solve your problem, but for someone with frequent gas and gas pains this is worth a shot. We are extremely fortunate.

For both my kids I've found that enzymes make a big difference in their digestive health. Kids digest has done a good job, especially for my son who doesn't swallow pills. Of course I wish it were cheaper but the price is comparative with others like it.
