If you keep with this supplement it will really help you in the long run. If you experience mild symptoms of headache or nausea that's okay in the short term- it just means you have a very unbalanced system and it's a good thing you started to take this product! Stick with it if that happens, even a little bit, because it will dissipate after about a week or so, and you won't have those symptoms as your body becomes balanced again. I'm new to the whole enzyme supplement thing. A nurse friend is convinced I am dealing with a candida-based fungal infection. So I got this in the hope of overcoming it, if in fact I do have it. It's made in the USA, and appears to have some solid science behind it, so I am encouraged about those things. Instructions on the bottle say that for "moderate symptoms", it should be taken "on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal" three times daily, for seven days. So there's a little bit of choreography to incorporating this into my supplement regimen. But at least it's only for a week. There are other dosing frequency and duration instructions, pertaining to use for "acute symptoms" or for "maintenance".
